A Full Day!

Holden had a full day, and was a great sport as we took him all over town. He was wiped out by the time we got back to our beach house. ..but, as we know, Holden doesn't like to miss anything. He woke right up the minute we went to put him to sleep!

Roadside - Our Favorite!

We took Holden to Roadside restaurant in Duck for some yummy seafood. It's one of our favorite restaurants, and now Uncle Adam and Uncle Chris love it too. Holden was a big hit with the staff there, especially in his outfit his Daddy bought him in Hawaii!

Soaking up the Rays

Holden had a fun day at the beach, but it was a short visit because it was so hot out. He kept busy though - he layed out, put his toes in the sand, and took a little dip in the water with Dad.

Top of the Lighthouse

We took Holden to the Outer Banks this weekend with his Uncle Adam and Uncle Chris and showed them all our favorite places. We started out the weekend with a visit to the Currituck Lighthouse. Jason was a nervous wreck when I decided to take Holden all the way up the 214 steps to the top. It was a beautiful view and Holden loved the breeze once we made it to the top! But, according to Jason, Holden is not going up there again anytime soon.

Like Father, Like Son

I came home from getting a pedicure and found my two boys sound asleep. They must have been playing hard while I was gone. Guess I should go and get a pedicure more often!

Holden's First Tooth

After days of drooling, we finally discovered Holden's first tooth when it popped up on the bottom Friday morning. Holden is amazed by it and keeps rubbing it with his tongue. He won't let me get a picture of it so you will have to take our word that it is really there. He's growing up so fast!

Fun at Little Gym

It was fun and games at the Little Gym on Friday. Holden was amazed at all of the colors when he took a ride on the parachute. The bubbles were also a big hit with Holden and the other kids in his class. Can't wait until our next class.
